Jibe has been designed to allow automated invoicing of MYOB EXO Jobs in batches. It uses various selection criteria (Date, Value, Job Status, Job Category) that allows the user to decide which Jobs they wish to invoice, it then summarises the invoices to a screen and allows the user to manage which invoices will be created. Once the batch has been verified it then creates the Debtor Invoices. These Invoices can then be printed with the MYOB EXO Debtor Batch Printing Process. This is a great product for businesses where large amounts of jobbing invoices are created on a regular basis.

Phone Messenger is an email application that sends emails with contact details from MYOB EXO Debtor and Creditor Contacts. It allows a telephonist to look up clients and send an email to someone in the organisation picking the contact details from MYOB EXO. You can choose to attach credit information and History Notes in the email also.
The major benefit of this application is that it allows an organisation to maintain the accuracy of their MYOB EXO Contact details. Depending on the security settings users can add and edit new MYOB EXO contacts from within Phone Messenger. Phone Messenger integrates between Microsoft Outlook and the MYOB EXO database.

Exosoft Labeller is designed to quickly print Stock and Shelf Labels from MYOB EXO. It can derive the labels from searching for the stock items by code, description or stock group or printing them from an MYOB EXO purchase order.
You can use a thermal label printer or Laser Avery Labels. For Avery labels you can specify the start position so that label sheets can be used multiple times. Labeller comes with its own label design application, or we can design your label format(s) for you.
Another feature is the ability to use Labeller to re-price stock items and issue new labels or a report of changed labels so you know which labels need reprinted. Labeller is used throughout various retail and wholesale businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

This application updates Information from MYOB EXO such as Debtor/Creditor/Non-Account Contacts, Debtor/Creditor/Non-Account Companies, Credit Information and Company History notes into multiple Outlook contact folders. This can then be used as an Outlook address book and/or used to push the contact details out to a smart phone or PDA. '
The records are also exported with the MYOB Marketing classes set as categories, which then allows filtering for email campaigns etc. This can be used with our Exosoft Mailout Product for sending these campaigns in a seamless manner.

Job Assist
This application is designed for workshop environments using MYOB EXO Job Costing where the staff pick stock from a store and need to assign it to a Job. This is a “quick and easy” to use application that supports barcode scanning also. It scans the parts from the store straight onto the Job.
It can warn you if by assigning the part to the Job this will generate a re-order requirement, it can also check to see if the part has been assigned to the Job before. It can also determine the billable behaviour required for the Job.
