TimeTrak Professional is a web based timesheet system for recording time, it is suited to people who bill time in small intervals. It has been designed to track personal productivity and analyse both productive and non-productive activities. It is ideally suited to professional organisations, who are job or project based, have multiple employees and need detailed descriptions and analysis of the time going into a project or job. TimeTrak is fully integrated with MYOB EXO, and requires EXO Back Office and Job Costing modules to operate.

TaskTrak Professional

Exosoft TaskTrak is a companion product that integrates with TimeTrak. It allows the creation of tasks within a job. TaskTrak is a task allocation and management system. It allows an administrator to assign and monitor the completion of tasks. It integrates with Microsoft Outlook, and through existing Microsoft technologies allows tasks from TaskTrak to be pushed all the way out to handheld devices. It can be configured so that completed tasks are prompted for billing the next time a user logs into TimeTrak.

NOTE: TaskTrak is an add-on product to TimeTrak Professional, you will require a Timetrak Professional license for each Tasktrak User.

TimeTrak Outlook Add-In

The TimeTrak Outlook Add-In sets up the integration between Microsoft Outlook and Exosoft TimeTrak. It sends the tasks and updates between the two applications and allows emails to be saved as tasks. It allows Outlook Calendar entries to be converted to TimeTrak entries. It also allows all of the TimeTrak and TaskTrak functions to be performed solely from within Outlook.

TimeSheet Manager is part of the TimeTrak suite of Products. It is a fast entry system for manual timesheets that uses the same business rules as TimeTrak. It uses the same database as TimeTrak, and allows a business to have staff that are processing their own timesheets electronically as well as admin staff keying the manual timesheets. TimeSheet Manager also creates the export file for Payroll Integration, currently we support IMS Payroll, Commacc Payroll and Wage Easy.
